This Privacy Policy explains what information CartoonAI ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CartoonAI you agree to this policy.

Account information:

• A guest identifier created in your browser or device when you start without signing up.
• Your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) if you create an account.
• Your name, email and profile picture from Google if you choose Google Sign-In.

Content you create:

• Stories, scripts, scenarios, characters, places and prompts you write or import.
• Pictures, audio and videos you upload, and the images, voices and videos generated for you.
• Your editor timelines, story language and voice choices.

Usage and technical information:

• Coin balance and the history of generations you start, their status and cost.
• Device and browser type, IP address, and logs needed to run, secure and debug the service.

Support messages: the name, email, issue type and message you send through Contact Us.

• To provide the service: save your projects, generate pictures, voices and videos, and show your results.
• To keep your coin balance and refund coins automatically when a generation fails.
• To answer your support requests.
• To protect the service, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Use.
• To improve features and fix problems, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to advertise to you.

To create your cartoons we send the necessary parts of your content (prompts, story text, reference pictures and voice samples) to AI and infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf, for example:

• Google Gemini: story analysis, scripts, translation and prompt writing.
• kie.ai (MiniMax, ElevenLabs and other models): video and voice generation.
• fal.ai and Replicate: image and video processing and temporary file hosting.
• Our hosting and network providers: storing files and serving the website.

These providers receive only what is needed for the task and are bound by their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them may be located outside your country.

We keep your account and projects for as long as your account exists. Guest work is tied to your browser or device; clearing site data or losing the device can make it unreachable, so create an account to keep it.

Temporary links created for AI processing expire on their own. Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your guest identifier and save preferences such as your editor layout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Access and edit your projects at any time in the studio.
• Delete individual scenarios, characters, pictures and videos.
• Delete your account, which removes your account data and projects.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct or erase it by writing to us through Contact Us.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, such as objecting to processing or lodging a complaint with a data-protection authority.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

CartoonAI makes cartoons, but the service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
